Redefining Fan Interactions
The International Tennis Hall of Fame (ITHF) preserves and celebrates the history of tennis while engaging a global audience of fans, players, and enthusiasts. To support both event attendance and long-term fan engagement, ITHF needed to create a digital experience that would extend beyond the court.

Figmints developed a dual approach combining campaign execution and a custom fan voting platform.
Campaign Execution
With a tight timeline, Figmints launched a multi-channel campaign across Social media, Display advertising and Paid search.
The campaign focused on generating excitement around the Hall of Fame Open and high-profile inductions, driving awareness and attendance during key early days of the event.
Fan Voting Platform
To deepen engagement, Figmints designed and developed a custom web application that allowed fans worldwide to participate in the Hall of Fame selection process. Key capabilities included:
- Handling up to 100,000 votes simultaneously
- Multi-language accessibility for global audiences
- Secure voting logic (one vote per user, multiple selections allowed)
- Built-in validation and safeguards to ensure fairness
- Integrated video and UX elements to guide users through the process
The platform transformed what was once a closed process into an interactive, fan-driven experience.
