Presentation Design That Wins the Room

Pitch decks, sales decks, and board presentations your team can actually present.

Figmints is a Providence, Rhode Island creative agency that designs presentations for sales, fundraising, and leadership teams. We shape the story first, then design and build the deck in Notch, PowerPoint, or Google Slides, so your people walk in with something clear, credible, and easy to reuse.

Presentation Design for Teams That Pitch for a Living

Story first, slides second.

A deck is a short argument. Whether it is an investor pitch, a proposal to a state agency, a board update, or a conference keynote, it has to make one point clearly to one specific audience. We start with that point, build the narrative around it, and then design slides that read well on a laptop, on a projector, and when they are forwarded as a PDF after the meeting.

“My organization is working with Figmints for our rebranding initiative and it has been a great experience. We began with interviews and surveys to try and capture the heart of what we were trying to communicate. From there, Figmints surveyed our target demographic for name ideas, presented logo designs and is working on our website. At every stage we had ongoing communication, regular meetings, great input and felt listened to. I truly could not be happier with the experience. Thank you to the folks at Figmints. We are fans! I went to them and they worked countless hours branding me, creating this beautiful logo that really does say who I am. It was beautiful to work with someone like that. Someone that really wanted me to succeed and didn’t just want to get me in and get me out. It’s a good situation. I was definitely more than pleased.”

Headshot of John Boudreau, Founder and CEO of Envisionable

“At Envisionable we’re really concerned about helping people execute on their vision, and a key piece to that is really understanding your brand story and Figmints is amazing at doing that, helping to extract out what your story is so you can communicate that to your customers in a visual way. They don’t just have the talent from a visual perspective, in other words creating your website and creating your brand, but they understand how to take data, manipulate it and use it so they can create the right strategies to generate leads and costumers. Figmints has the data and the knowledge to continually evolve their strategies, literally month by month. They’re the team to do it and I would unquestionably recommend them for your marketing agency. “

Questions
People Ask Us

The honest answers, before we ever start working together.

What is presentation design?

Presentation design is the work of shaping a story and turning it into slides that make one clear point to one audience. It covers the narrative, the layout, the charts and visuals, and the template system behind them. The goal is a deck that is easy to present and easy to follow.

What kinds of presentations do you design?

Pitch and investor decks, sales decks, RFP and proposal presentations, board and leadership updates, keynote talks, and reusable template libraries. If a team has to explain something important to people who decide, we can design for it.

Should we use Notch, PowerPoint, or Google Slides?

It depends on how the deck will be used. PowerPoint and Google Slides suit decks that many people will edit. Notch suits polished presentations shared by link. We build in whichever fits your team and hand over decks your team can edit, as files or as access to the Notch workspace.

Can you work from our existing deck?

Yes. Many projects start with a deck that has the right facts but the wrong structure or look. We keep what works, rebuild the narrative where it is weak, and redesign the slides.

Do you write the content or only design the slides?

Both. We help draft headlines, structure the argument, and edit copy, using your facts and figures. Your team stays the source of truth for numbers and claims, and we never invent data.

Will we be able to edit the deck ourselves afterward?

Yes. You receive editable decks (PowerPoint or Google Slides files, or Notch workspace access) and a small template system with layouts, charts, and components, so new decks start on brand without us.

How does presentation design connect to sales enablement?

A strong deck is one piece of a sales process. If you also need collateral, email sequences, playbooks, and a HubSpot setup that supports your reps, see our Sales Enablement service.
