We are looking for an experienced, hard-working, Lead Generation & Sales Specialist to join our close-knit team at Figmints. This is a bit of a unique role. We have the need for someone full time, but we’re very open to considering someone who might have a few clients, and wants to start things on a contract level. That level of entrepreneurial spirit will be a great fit for this role, as well as helpful experience for the clients that we serve. In fact, those with small agencies, or a handful of clients who also can do strategy work have the ability to earn even more on each project.

In this role, you will be pivotal in driving our business growth by identifying and cultivating new client relationships and maximizing lead generation efforts. You will apply your expertise in sales strategies, lead research, and develop a pipeline of your own, as well as provided, leads to attract and close business. A successful candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of account relationships and digital marketing experience with a focus on technical proficiency. This position is a prospect-facing role which requires flexibility, organization, strong time management skills, attention to detail, commitment to meet crucial deadlines, as well as the ability to produce solid results.

Essential Job Functions

  • Sales Leadership:Lead sales efforts to define, plan, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:Foster strong relationships, ensuring trust and loyalty.
  • Lead Generation Strategy:Develop and execute innovative strategies for lead generation.
  • Sales Cycle Management:Efficiently manage the sales process from lead to close.

 

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales and lead generation campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
  • Manage CRM systems and sales funnels for optimal efficiency.
  • Engage in direct client communications and negotiations.
  • Analyze sales data to inform strategy and report on performance.
  • Undertake individual tasks related to sales plans as assigned.

 

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a technical mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Hubspot.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Commercial awareness combined with a creative approach to sales.
  • BS/BA in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is helpful, but not required.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 5 – 45 per week
