Inside Sales Representative
Figmints is looking for an energetic, well-spoken and eager to close salesperson to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative who will have two main responsibilities. The first is an inside sales support member who is eager to engage and converse with prospects and clients alike. Serving as the liaison between our clients’ sales team and the Figmints marketing team you are instrumental in filling that gap in the middle of the sales pipeline. Ideally, you will have previous knowledge of how to nurture a prospect and how and when to cue sales up for the most success. Your role will be to support our Director of Sales’ goals of meeting client lead generation goals.
The role is also designed to work alongside and to support our Director of Sales as they lead our internal proposal process. Your role will be to gain a deep knowledge of our estimating process and support our Account Managers and Director of Sales in developing accurate and timely proposals.
Responsibilities include:
- Warm-calling clients leads who have engaged with the marketing campaigns we are running on their behalf.
- Conducting preliminary conversations with new leads and nurturing them before handing them off to the client’s sales team
- Must be able to quickly ascertain client products and offerings in order to speak intelligently with new leads that are delivered from inbound and outbound marketing campaigns
- Provide prospects with necessary support information to move them further down the sales pipeline
- Maintain an up to date CRM with detailed notes for every prospect call
- Pull all metrics on respective campaigns and share the progress of each account with our Director of Sales
- Knowledge of and/or prior experience in HubSpot, PandaDoc, and VIA Project Management Tool
- Writing and building estimates for upselling existing clients and Figmints prospects

- Willingness to gain an in-depth understanding of the prospects’ companies’ services and their position in the industries they work in

- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential prospect
- Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Ability to multitask (i.e. take digital notes while holding a phone conversation)
- Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
